Champignons excellents, moi je les mets secs sur feu doux dans 3/4 de litre de crème entière liquide et je surveille tout en tournant pendant au moins 30 à 40 minutes sans quitter la casserole. Les champignons sont gorgés de crème et la sauce devient d'une jolie couleur ambrée C'est excellent vous aurez des compliments.
