We make every effort to ensure that you receive your cheeses at their very best.
Our packaging has been rigorously selected to be perfectly suited to transporting and storing our cheeses. The elements used for packaging comply with health, food and ecological standards. Vacuum packing is at the discretion of the cheesemaker.
PACKAGING
All our products are vacuum-packed in professional Chronofresh packaging, to preserve their freshness and optimum taste quality during transport.
For all orders on our website, packaging is free.
Our packaging is 100% recyclable, which is important to us.
DELIVERY AND RATES
Fromagerie Le chat-Bo uses the services of Chronofresh, a subsidiary of Chronopost. This express transport service is subject to cold chain regulations. Your parcels are transported and kept rigorously cool at the prescribed temperatures (between 4° - 8°) away from light.
Delivery times are generally between 24 and 48 hours maximum for France and 48 to 72 hours for Europe.
All our shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
In the event of public holidays or weekends, please allow an additional 24 hours for delivery.

PREPARATION THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY
Each registered order is treated with the utmost care for freshness and preservation. At the end of the day, it is entrusted to our partner Chronofresh for overnight delivery between 8am and 1pm.
DELIVERY TRACKING
With Chronopost, you can track the progress of your order in real time, thanks to the Predict system and the tracking number sent to you when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
This system also allows you to change the day and time of delivery if something comes up.
Please note that deadlines are not guaranteed and no compensation can be paid for delays.
