All our efforts are dedicated to ensuring you receive your cheeses at the best possible quality.
The packaging has been carefully selected to be perfectly suited for the transport and preservation of cheeses. The materials used for packaging meet sanitary, food, and environmental standards. Vacuum sealing of the products is at the cheesemaker's discretion.
PACKAGING
Vacuum sealing of the products is at the discretion of the cheesemaker or upon your request, with professional Chronofresh packaging, to preserve their freshness and optimal flavor during transport. Please contact us if needed.
For all orders on our website, the packaging is free of charge.
Our packaging is 100% recyclable, because it is important to us.
DELIVERY AND RATES
Fromagerie Le chat-Bo uses the services of Chronofresh, a subsidiary of Chronopost. This express transport service is subject to cold chain regulations (for France, Corsica, Spain, Belgium, and Luxembourg); your parcels are transported and kept rigorously at the prescribed temperatures (between 4° and 8°) and shielded from light.
Delivery times are generally between 24 and 48 hours maximum for France and 48 to 72 hours for Europe.
All our shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
WARNING: during periods of high activity, we are subject to carrier constraints which may cause delays in delivery. To ensure that delivery times are met, in case of strict deadlines, we invite you to contact us before placing your order by email (using this link) or by phone at 04.74.75.60.21
In the event of a public holiday or weekend, please allow an additional 24 hours for delivery.
There is no pick-up by the ChronoFresh carrier on the eve of public holidays.

PREPARATION ON THE EVE OF DELIVERY
Each order placed is handled with the utmost care to ensure freshness and preservation. It is entrusted at the end of the day to our partner Chronofresh to travel overnight and be delivered in the morning between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. for France (or between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. if you selected the Chronofresh 13 option when choosing the carrier).
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
With Chronopost, you can track the progress of your order in real time, thanks to the Predict system and the tracking number that is sent to you when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
This system also allows you to change the day and time of delivery if there is any inconvenience.

IN-STORE PICKUP OF YOUR ORDER
You can finally visit us at our store at 18, rue Brillat-Savarin in Oyonnax from Tuesday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
