The cooperative is located on the borders of the Jura and the Ain, in this small hilly and green region called "petite montagne". This region whose altitude varies between 450 and 600 meters, marks the end of the Jura massif. It extends in the form of valleys and plateaus crossed by small rivers, offering magnificent landscapes and viewpoints.
The cheese dairy is located in the commune of Aromas, about 25 km from Bourg en Bresse and 80 km from Poligny, the capital of Comté cheese. Founded in 1924, the cooperative counts today 22 producers distributed in 8 surrounding communes.
