Blue of Termignon
The bleu de Termignon also called bleu du Mont-Cenis or bleu de Bessans is a farm cheese from Savoie (Haute-Maurienne), made from raw cow's milk, from June to September in the alpine pastures of Termignon at an altitude of more than 2000 meters, by only four farmers who produce a few hundred cheeses each summer, which is why it is a very rare cheese for sale in France!
