This calendar contains 1,2 kg of cheese, that is to say a surprise cheese to taste from 01/12/2023 to 24/12/2023
The ideal and greedy gift to wait before Christmas! Delivered in a wooden box that will serve as a cheese platter, vacuum-packed cheeses for an optimal cool conservation. Chronofresh delivery is offered in France so don't hesitate and let yourself be seduced!
A list of cheese to taste will be provided with photos and description of the cheeses.
The first 4 cheeses are not vacuum packed. The next 20 will be vacuum packed.

A three cheese fondue with a subtle blend of abundance and a delicate taste of hazelnut. The Beaufort "the prince of Gruyères" with its firm, ivory to pale yellow paste, gives a fruity and unctuous taste in the mouth.
And the "lord of the cheeses" Franc-Comtois, a Comté of 18 months, slightly salty which will raise your fondue.

A blend of fondue cheeses specially concocted by your cheesemonger using 3 different types of Comté.
A mild one with a light hazelnut taste; the second one made from Jura alpine milk with a slightly more pronounced taste and an aged Comté with a more important salt crystallization.
