Avec laTomme IGP AOP vous ne serez jamais déçu. Je m'en sert telle quelle ou cuisinée.Je la prends pour le mois elle se conserve très bien.

N'hésitez pas à en prendre une entière, elle se conserve très bien, je l'utilise crue et aussi en cuisine cuite en sauce raclette et gratinées : je recommande.
