Despite considerable progress in hygiene, the principle of butter production has not changed for centuries.
We find all the steps of an ancestral manufacture: slow biological maturation of the cream, traditional churning, washing of the grains of butter, kneading and conditioning.
This gives the butter its great organoleptic values: firm, supple, unctuous in the mouth, fresh, tasty, with a subtle scent of hazelnut.
