The company was founded in 2001 in North Wales with the aim of developing a collection of luxury cheddar cheeses, combining quality products and advanced mixology. And it has succeeded with flying colours, first acting regionally and then conquering the world.
It has succeeded with these variations with names as catchy as their colours and flavours: garlic and fine herbs for the Green Thunder, candied ginger for the Ginger Spice, beechwood for the Beechwood, port and brandy for the Ruby Mist, cranberry for the Bouncing Berry, chilli pepper for the Red Devil ... and a host of awards, such as the Black Bomber, a fine natural cheddar that has won awards everywhere: The Great British Cheese Awards, Nantwich International Cheese Awards, the World Cheese Awards, Mondial du Fromage in France ...
In short, the success is total, and these products can be integrated into recipes as well as enjoyed on their own, with a good glass of wine, a delicious port, some fruit, crackers ... and that's it. The only problem is that once you've tried it, you just can't get enough.
