The company was founded in 2001 in North Wales with the aim of developing a collection of luxury cheddar cheeses, combining quality products and cutting-edge mixology. And they've succeeded, first on a regional level, then conquering the world.

And it's succeeded, with names as catchy as their colors and flavors: garlic and fine herbs for Green Thunder, crystallized ginger for Ginger Spice, beechwood for Beechwood, port and brandy for Ruby Mist, cranberry for Bouncing Berry, chili pepper for Red Devil... and a host of awards, including the Black Bomber, a beautifully crafted natural cheddar that's won awards all over the world: The Great British Cheese Awards, Nantwich International Cheese Awards, the World Cheese Awards, Mondial du Fromage in France ...

In short, the success is total, and these products can be integrated into recipes as well as enjoyed on their own, with a good glass of wine, a delicious port, some fruit, crackers ... and that's it. The only problem is? once you've tried them, you just can't get enough.
