Bûche du Pilat is produced in the heart of the Pilat natural park.
This soft cheese with a bloomy rind is made using ultra-filtered (concentrated) milk technology and comes in a 1 kg log, which gives it an exceptional melting and very smooth texture.
It has a fine taste and a light smell.
