The Fromagers de la Ferme de la Tremblaye have developed two types of cheese from the milk of our cows and goats: soft cheeses with a bloomy rind (Brie, Camembert) and blue-veined cheeses, some of which are made from raw milk and have the "Fromage Fermier" designation.
The latter implies that the Ferme de la Tremblaye meets 3 conditions: the exclusive use of milk from the farm, production, processing and maturing on site, respecting traditional methods.
The cheesemakers at the Ferme de la Tremblaye guarantee the use of milk from the day's milking, for optimal organoleptic and nutritional quality!
