Cheese shop le chat-bo is located in Oyonnax, in the Ain region, on the border between the Jura and Savoie regions. We are at the heart of a high-quality terroir, with a maturing business and a wholesale and retail trade. With over 60 years' experience, we are always on the lookout for the best producers.
Christophe Armetta, your cheesemaker, has completed a Food Safety-Hygiene training course validated by the Institut des Métiers de l'Ain. With respect for the terroir, we guarantee our quality cheeses. We also prepare cheese platters, raclette platters and aperitif platters. We are also at the disposal of associations and sports clubs for group orders.
