Despite considerable progress in hygiene, the principle of making butter has not changed for centuries.
We find all the stages of ancestral manufacturing: slow biological maturation of the cream, traditional churning, washing of the butter grains, kneading and packaging.
This gives the butter its great organoleptic values: firm, supple, unctuous in the mouth, fresh, tasty, with a subtle hazelnut aroma.
