Timanoix is made by the monks in the abbey of Timadeuc in Morbihan.
It is matured in walnut liqueur, which gives it its unique taste!
It is the walnut liqueur washed version of the Trappist cheese: Echourgniac Trappist.
Sold in 1/2 or about 150 grams.
