L'ail des ours est un peu absent, mais ça n'enlève rien à sa saveur qui est somptueux.

Tomme à l'ail des ours is a cheese made from raw cow's milk, matured in the cellars of Savoie. Bear garlic is a wild garlic, which gives the tomme multiple flavors; both powerful and creamy. The tomme with bear garlic can also be consumed melted in raclette.
