A good cheese platter is necessarily composed of a piece of Comté AOP 12 months, a Tomme aux fleurs, Fourme d'Ambert AOP but also a goat's cheese: the delight of the Deux Sèvres and of course it does not There can be no festive meal without the Brillat Savarin with truffles. Le trou du cru, small cheese washed with Burgundy marc and the cranberry or papaya triple cream (depending on availability) will be the essential cheeses to discover!
And to finish we chose a sheep’s cheese from the Pyrenees.
