The artisan cheese makers of Fribourg transform daily the milk coming from the surrounding farms, a raw material of very high quality, rich and perfumed.
It is a cheese to be tasted by hand, but also a basic product in the half and half fondue (Swiss Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois).
It will bring smoothness to your fondue.
It is made exclusively with raw cow's milk, fed with natural fodder (grass in summer and hay in winter) and without any additives or silage.
It is also lactose free. Gruyere is a Swiss cheese from the Gruyere region in the Canton of Fribourg.
It is also produced in the Cantons of Vaud, Neuchâtel, Jura, Bern.

The half and half fondue is a typical Swiss fondue.
Vacherin Fribourgeois has always been the essential partner of its big brother, Swiss Gruyère PDO, in the famous half and half fondue, to which it gives its inimitable smoothness.

The bottle of white wine will be selected by the master cheesemaker and will not correspond especially to the photo.
*The grated fondue must be consumed within 4 days maximum!
