Ramequin of Bugey
The ramequin of Bugey is a small cheese of cow's milk (totally skimmed) translucent, orange of 6 to 8 cm of diameter for an average weight of 50g, very strongly dried, then matured (nearly 3 months) it has a characteristic smell.
