

Rochebaron is a blue-veined cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk and covered with vegetable charcoal.it is an Auvergnat cheese from the village of Beauzac,it is matured for 6 to 8 weeks.rochebaron resembles a reblochon but slightly blue,very unctuous,soft and lends itself very well to cooking.
