The moêlleux du Revard is a soft cheese, smooth and very creamy, it is made at the foot of the Revard in Savoie in the Bauges massif, just above the Lac du Bourget, then it is aged for 5 weeks in cellars.

j'attend du crémeux qu'il soit bien crémeux preque coulant ce qui n'était pas le cas sur la dernière livraison

Softness of the Revard
The moëlleux du Revard is a cheese made from whole cow's milk, with a washed rind. It is encircled by a strap of spruce which gives it woody and slightly salty aromas. Its marked and persistent taste in the mouth will leave you with sweet memories.
