Blackcurrant Extra Jelly
Our extra blackcurrant jelly is an artisanal jelly cooked in a stainless steel cauldron in the open air.
Nothing but good fruit, carefully selected, sugar and pectin if the fruit did not contain enough.
Made in the High Alps with 55% fruit, 45% sugar and a total sugar content of 55%.
