Spicy raclette & charcuterie
A raclette platter specially designed for taste enthusiasts!
We start gently with our classic raclette, then our smoked raclette Brézain, and gradually move up with our mushroom raclette made with porcini mushrooms and morels. We add a little spice with our pepper raclette.
Our raclette is accompanied by an assortment of cold cuts selected by your cheesemonger.
Dry-cured ham, cooked ham, rosette sausage, coppa, Bündnerfleisch, chorizo, jésus sausage, pork tenderloin, and ham nuts.
Approximately 200 grams minimum of cheese per person and 130 grams of cold cuts.
Use-by date: 6 days
