We begin with the classic raclette, whose mildness appeals to all palates. Next comes our smoked raclette, Le Brézain, with its delicately woody notes that add a pleasant depth. Gradually, we discover the Savoy raclette with porcini mushrooms — an exquisite blend of porcini and morels that brings an earthy dimension to your tasting experience. Finally, for those who enjoy a little kick, our chili raclette spices up the platter with a bold, lively touch.
To accompany these cheeses, we offer a carefully curated selection of cold cuts, handpicked by our cheesemonger. This platter includes dry-cured ham, cooked ham, rosette, coppa, Bündnerfleisch, chorizo, Jésus sausage, pork fillet, and ham nut. These delicacies pair perfectly with the richness and creaminess of raclette, creating a harmonious and convivial culinary experience.
Our raclette is made from pasteurized whole cow’s milk, with a fat content of 30%. It is produced responsibly, ensuring both optimal taste quality and respect for production standards.

As a side, we offer a selection of cured meats: dry-cured ham, cooked ham, rosette, coppa, Bündnerfleisch, chorizo, Jésus sausage, pork fillet, and ham nut.
