

Gruyere cheese has a strong character and an intense aroma.
It can be recognised by its pleasant smell of hazelnut and walnut.
Its slow maturation in the maturing cellar lasts between five and eighteen months (or even longer!) depending on the taste of the AOC Gruyère that you are looking for.

Incomparable. Mais je le préfère encore plus affiné. Message pour lechatbo : pensez à avoir dans votre assortiment le Gruyère suisse extra salé de 36 mois minimum. Excellente croûte, et une pâte onctueuse au goût d'alpage. On se rappelle tout de suite les longues marche commando au Lac Noir et les Séré des Armaillis.
