Camembert AOC, Gold Medal, made in the Cotentin region, from raw cow's milk. 45% mg on dry matter, 23% mg on finished product. Box of 250g.
Selected for our maturing process (35 days minimum), it is "made in the heart".
Accompanied by an apple confit, it is a delight.
Origin: round in shape, with a bloomy paste, Camembert de Normandie was developed in 1791 by a Camembert farmer, Marie Harel, with the advice of a refractory priest (originally from Brie) who had taken refuge in her home.
A century later, its packaging in a wooden box ensured its marketing and fame.
